TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE www.4him.online
§1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at www.4him.online, operated in accordance with the applicable laws of the European Union, including:
Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights,
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR),
Regulation (EU) 2019/770 on the supply of digital content and digital services.
The Store sells cosmetics, dietary supplements, and clothing to retail customers via the Internet.
The Customer may be any natural person (consumer), legal person or organizational unit without legal personality making purchases in compliance with the law.
§2 Definitions
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Product – any item offered in the Store, including cosmetics, dietary supplements, and clothing.
Store Operator – the entity responsible for operating the Store and fulfilling orders.
Gift Card / Voucher – an electronic code enabling purchases in the Store up to a specified value.
Terms and Conditions – this document.
§3 Orders
Orders can be placed online at www.4him.online.
Orders can be placed 24/7, and are processed during business days.
To place an order, the Customer must accept these Terms and Conditions and provide all necessary details for order processing.
§4 Payment
The Store offers multiple payment options, including:
debit and credit cards,
PayPal,
cryptocurrency payments,
bank transfers,
deferred payments (buy now, pay later),
other available gateways not listed here.
The Customer freely chooses the preferred payment method during checkout.
§5 Shipping and Delivery
Packages are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed.
Shipping is handled by POST, FedEx, UPS, DHL, InPost, or other available carriers.
Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and delivery costs.
Standard delivery times within Europe range from 24 hours (express courier) to 6 days (priority mail), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery slips are generated automatically based on customer-provided data. Any error in the delivery address, recipient name, or special instructions may result in delays.
Complaints regarding non-delivery can only be submitted after 30 days from the date of payment. This includes processing, shipping, and delivery time required by the selected courier company. Earlier complaints will not be accepted.
§6 Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the product without giving any reason.
To initiate a return, the Customer must send a return request via email to the address provided in the “Contact” section of our website within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returned products must:
be unused,
be in original, unopened packaging,
show no signs of use.
Cosmetics and dietary supplements must not be opened under any circumstances. Opened or unsealed items will not be eligible for return.
Returns are sent at the Customer’s own expense to the return address provided after submitting the request. Due to the global nature of our Store, return addresses may vary depending on the warehouse used by the Store Operator.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
§7 Gift Cards
The Store offers Gift Cards valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be used for any product available in the Store.
Gift Cards include a bonus gift:
A €110 Gift Card costs only €100.
A €230 Gift Card costs only €200.
There is no limit to the number of Gift Cards a Customer can purchase.
Terms of use:
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
No change is given for unused amounts.
The full amount of the Gift Card must be used in a single transaction.
If the purchase value exceeds the Gift Card value, the Customer must cover the remaining amount using available payment methods.
If the purchase value is lower, the unused amount is forfeited.
§8 Refer-a-Friend and Earn!
We reward our loyal Customers! Invite your friends to shop at our Store and receive a €20 voucher.
To qualify for the reward:
The referred friend must place a single order worth at least €100 (excluding shipping costs).
After the referred friend receives their package and does not return the product within 14 days, the referrer will receive a €20 voucher.
The voucher will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance. After this period, it will expire.
§9 Personal Data
The Store Operator is the data controller of Customer data and processes it in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data at any time.
§10 Complaints
Customers have the right to file complaints regarding product quality or defects within 2 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC.
Complaints should be submitted by email. The Store will respond within 14 days of receipt.
§11 Final Provisions
The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, of which Customers will be notified appropriately in advance.
For any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the applicable laws at the registered seat of the Store Operator shall apply.
All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the Store Operator, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012
